I do believe this is the lovely Alissa

Since we haven’t seen Her Majesty in all of her glory for more than five months (!!!), I have confidence that Alissa will be featured in this event. So, I am optimistic that she could very well be our Level 8 phantom. Given that others more astute than I believe that it is Alissa, I trust that they are correct and anticipate that this fuzzy photo is of her. Also, I am confident that MC will not let us down. Therefore, I too believe it is ALISSA and eagerly await her unveiling!
