I have a tendency to be critical of the photographers / film crew. Sucks to be you, I’m at it again. Except this time I’m pointing out how good a job you did, in a backhanded kind of way.

Generally I notice, and subsequently despise, auto-anything. Auto focus? Great, I love how clear the couch cushions are, or the trees out the window, while the model, who is supposed to be the focus, is blurry as fuck. Auto Colour correct? Wonderful, I love watching the camera try to adjust in real time. Auto brightness? Yup, totally didn’t notice that as the scene suddenly went from dim to bright to dim again in a second or two.

This video though, everything after 5:40 is perfect. At 6:18 there’s a frame that is possibly one of the most beautiful captures of a beautiful girl in a beautiful world that has ever been captured. More of that please. Well done! Beautiful work!
