After looking more closely, I think Vanessa is the one on the floor. Diana has an open shirt and Sabinka has a very sheer red outfit.
My hat is off to anyone who actually sees model(s) in this photo, to me it looks like a closeup of a clown’s face 
Yes 3 models, here’s my tip as I suffer from blurriness with images up close, move back or so about 1m from your viewing device, and you can see all 3, one laying on floor, two others or chair? either side above…
So since I have nothing more to go on my guess is the same three from the initial Christmas Event – Diana, Sabinka & Vanessa, but then that would be too easy wouldn’t it (or would it), see don’t forget there was already a Vanessa & Sabinka unlock, we could all be being tricked…
So it’s just 3 models of unknown identity (remember there are more than just those I have mentioned).
Oh perhaps this then really is the 3 models from the short video of the event rules page, Sabinka, Diana and Vanessa.
