Since this month is another anniversary for MC, we would like to take some time and thank all of our supporters and fans. We could not do this without all of you. From the beginning, we wanted to create the best website where fans can go to see their favorites and that we would never stop in trying to fulfill your wishes. It takes lots of dedication and time from everyone on the team, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Who’s coming soon is great. Big fan.
Overall, TM and MC are pretty good, good models, good customer service.
Only a few criticisms.
First: The TM photo/video combination is significantly more value than the photo only MC for only slightly more price. So in that sense, TM blows MC out of the water (not to mention a few competitors). Given TM and MC are stablemates, maybe you guys should consider if there’s anything you can do about that value gap. Ideally, go photo/vid for MC, but that might not be possible. I wasn’t keen on the streaming idea due to time zones, not everyone having access, models being exposed to ‘over-enthusiastic’ fans in real time, etc, but maybe there are other options out there.
Second: You rely a LOT on Rebecca (and before her, Valensia). I am a fan of both and understand why you do this, but there have been several great models brought in that have done a few sets and disappeared. That may be a bit beyond your control, but hopefully you can convince some of them to shoot more regularly and have some more variation with some new models. Nicolette debuted with MC and is a fantastic model, getting some more models of her quality would be great.
Third: TM has a solid theme, ex-‘xyz-model’s and a racy, nn/n ‘see-through’ style. MC is a ‘glamour’ site, but has huge variation, from Eva’s demure one piece swimsuits to Valensia/Gabby/Kira’s explicit nudity. No other single comparable site has this amount of variation. A downside of this is you tend to see a lot of feedback like, ‘when is she nude’, ‘not nude enough’, ‘i can’t see xyz body part’ etc etc. I don’t know – does that mean you have disappointed customers? Does it hurt the site overall? Does it disadvantage models like Eva who don’t currently do nudity? For me, I am confused sometimes as to exactly what I’ll be getting when a new update flashes up.
Hope those criticisms are constructive.

Thanks! Our reply:
1. Unfortunately (or fortunately?), TM is in a league of its own. It is currently impossible for MC to do photo + videos like that and at that price. And it’s not that we’re trying to gouge our customers, things are priced this way so that there is enough income to go around for all models and photographers. Otherwise, we cannot function at the current rate. We are always open to new ideas though.
2. Yes, there are lots of Rebecca because she shoots more than any other model. She is the Lili of MC in a sense, but everyone actually requests more of Lili even though she’s updated the most. Ultimately I think the solution to this is pretty simple: just update the site more frequently. More updates mean more of your favorites that don’t get updated as often.
3. This has only started recently with Eva. The variation isn’t that large if you excluded her. That said, I don’t think that this is a big concern. Our philosophy is that any Eva or *insert model* is better than none. If we opened another site exclusively for a more reserved type, it wouldn’t increase their sales and it would be a huge drain on our resources. We just think of this situation as just a side effect of having a large library of models with different ideas on how they like to be portrayed.

the main problem is not necessarily models that show less but the models that have shown a lot and that suddenly are more cautious. Once a model has made the nude, coming back to the topless is frustrating

To be fair, when doing duo-shots, keeping some cloth to not upstaging your partner is totally fine. Some models like Eva, Rikki and Sofi don’t need more skin to be goregous and i’d rather have others start out with more cloths and stripping down during a shot, rather than everyone starting bare and leave it at that. Less can be more.

First off all:
Congrats to your birthday! It’s been a great journey so far and I hope many years will follow! You definitely have the best models on the web!
The bundle was also very nice and the selfies were a nice addition, And our comebacker: Wow, can’t wait to see her first sets, let’s hope “soon” won’t be too long.
My wishes for the future:
Higher resolution images!
(I was wondering about the Jess/Ariana set in this bundle which has a higher resolution than their photographer normaly uses… Why not every time?) The latest sets with higher resolution (Lena/Nika a few days ago f.e.) look waaaay better than the normal ones for me!
Daily updates!
I dare to say that with your amount of models and photographers you could afford that. At least a fix release schedule on let’s say Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at a specific time would be possible, wouldn’t it? It annoys me to refresh the page day and night and sometimes wait two and a half till three days for a new release. Based on the comments here and your poularity on the net I think you would still sell enough sets to cover your costs but most importantly there is a higher chance to make the people happy who wish a certain model to release more sets.
Sometimes more value for money!
And I don’t mean just nudity here in particular, but mainly (depending on the photograher/model) we sometimes get only 96 pictures (Rebecca and VIolet f.e.) and the next release 180 pictures (Lena or Nicolette f.e.) for the same price. Especially in Rebeccas case, where the last 5 or 6 pictures are mostly portraits, I ask myself more recently: is it really worth enough to spend the 12/15 dollars now or should i wait the approx. 10 days for the next release? -Despite the fact that I love the model and try to support her as much as I could.
If some of my wishes could be taken into account for the future, I would be a completely happy customer

If being the best is what TM and MC are aiming for, I think you are doing a pretty good job at that.
What I would like to see in the future, well I guess like everyone else more of my favorites, especailly Marissa and I do hope we haven’t seen the last of Leila and Lola already? But that doesn’t really help you all that much, as you state before, the only solution would be to update the site more frequently, I doubt I have to tell you that more 7, 14, 21? -day update marathons would be awesome. So basically what I’m saying is, please keep doing what you’re doing
Over at TM a sale like recently at MC, 50% of everything but the lastest sets would also be great, though I can imagne this might not be possible.
And if at all in the realm of possiblities, another Lili and Madison duo set, that would be something epic!
This bundle was amazing, the throwback sets are just wonderful, love Valensia’s expressions, very fun set, Rebecca’s set is how I’ve wanted to see her for a long time, feels kind of like Marissa’s most recent update, (almost) just Rebecca (side note: I don’t think there is too much of Rebecca, there might be too little of other but definitly not too much of Rebecca). Ariana and Jess together can seemingly never go wrong :), and then Eva, oh my, one can sure dream of seeing more of her (guilty as charged), the “any Eva is better than none” argument while true does fall short of how wonderful this set is.
The selfies are a nice adittion, also perhaps I will have to add another model to my favorites list, looking forward to see

I think the MarvelCharm team has done a great job so far. My only complain is that previews don’t give enough info, especially in bundles. I really don’t know if I am going to like the content.

I like I lot of what your doing otherwise I would not have spent a few hundred dollars between both sites. I have a couple of gripes though and their relatively simple.
1. The big one that annoys me is the time it can take between ordering a set and getting delivery, that seems to be more of a TM problem though. MC is usually very prompt.
2. If we would could have some type of a login to get access to the things we have purchased in the past that would be amazing. I know for a fact that if I email you guys with order numbers you will give me access again. It would be nice to be able to reduce the amount of work that has to be done on both sides of the fence. Computers like anything else can fail.
3. Clearly labeling a set would be amazing and reduce buyers remorse. I have purchased sets that look like one thing and are something entirely different, when that happens I am usually hesitant to purchase for a little while after that. So something like “Non Nude, Tease, Peak, and Nude” would be appreciated. I am not going to not buy a set because it is NN I buy the models that I like and I am sure most of us on here can agree.
4. I know that releasing in large blasts can reduce a models profits because less exposure on the front page, and if they don’t feel it is fiscally worth their time then their not going to keep modeling which is understandable. But maybe if there was a way to directly tip the models then would be more inclined to continue working. Everyone likes to know that their work is appreciated and having a way for models to hear directly from the fans could be not only fun for the audience but also for the performer.
That is all I really had to add for anything I would want to see. Although I have no idea who that is in rebirth, fairly new to this whole thing. I look forward to seeing the results.

On your 3rd point: I needed a few customer experinces (that is, buying a few sets) to fully understand the previews. At this point, what I get is very close to what I expect, since there is enough info in the preview. This doesn’t apply to bundles because there aren’t enough pics of each set to get an idea. Also, we know the total amount of pics, but not the individual counts. And it matters. I am not equally interested in all the sets of the bundle, so it is good for me to know how many pics does every set include.
